We bring a mystery box of produce and meat from local farms to local restaurants for a mystery dinner experience. We challenge chefs and guests to push culinary boundaries using local ingredients for a true "farm-to-table' experience. Our events are 4 course mystery meals that pop-up at various independently owned restaurants. We feature the chefs of each restaurant that we visit to highlight their creative culinary creations, food you will not find on their menu. Typically, our events are limited to 40-60 guests and are designed to expand your palate and network (our events start with a social hour and seating is typically family-style).

We started in Syracuse, NY in November 2017 with support from our sponsors The Print Hub (Syracuse NY) and Grindstone Farm (Pulaski NY) with additional support from The City of Syracuse - Office of They Mayor, Visit Syracuse, The Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Believe in Syracuse, + 20 participating restaurants as of Summer 2018. We have since expanded to other cities while maintaining our roots in Central, NY.

Each featured city has it's own mission, determined by how we allocate most of our profits from our events. At "Chef Challenge Syracuse", the mission is to make Syracuse a foodie destination. We bring in bloggers and sometimes journalists to curate positive content about the food scene in the greater Syracuse area. In the Finger Lakes we donate $5/ticket to a local food bank and in Rhode Island we donate $10/ticket to a local food bank.
